libckyapplet1 software package provides Smart Card Coolkey applet, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libckyapplet1
libckyapplet1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libckyapplet1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libckyapplet1 *
You will get with libckyapplet1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
